The Resin Coated Sand is smooth, free flowing and dry with good resistance to moisture. For minimizing the smoke, emissions and odor when producing shell sand casting cores and molds, Signature Series resin coated sands are used. As conventional sands, these sands deliver the similar high casting quality and productivity. Moreover, volatile organic compounds, hazardous air pollutants and free phenol are reduced.
